This enables them to easily own, process, and manage their event-driven data pipelines with efficiency and ease. At Dojo, data is at the heart of our decision-making process and influences how we understand and shape the world. This platform provides the tools necessary for teams to make a significant impact quickly and at scale.
Join us and be part of one of the fastest-growing tech companies, leveraging an advanced tech stack to shape the future of our industry. Our Data Platform operates seamlessly across multi-cloud environments, leveraging both AWS and GCP. Built on the latest open-source technologies, it allows us to not only push the boundaries of data engineering and analytics but also contribute back to the open-source community through continuous innovation and solution development.
What you’ll do:
- Software Engineering: Develop microservices, libraries, Flink jobs, data pipelines, and Kubernetes controllers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to define, design, and implement solutions within our Data Platform. Trusted relationships will be key for success.
- Lead Technological Initiatives: Drive forward market-leading projects, exploring and integrating new technologies into our ecosystem.
- Platform as a Product: Deliver self-serve products with strong SLAs/SLOs to the business, ensuring their scalability and reliability.
- Developer Experience: Focus on optimising the developer experience to simplify platform adoption and onboarding.
What you’ll bring:

- Programming Proficiency: Experience with Java, Python, or Golang with hands-on expertise in building scalable systems.
- Collaboration Skills: A proven ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse set of stakeholders, aligning technical solutions with business needs. This position requires not only deep technical expertise but also a proactive, engaging approach to working with others and building lasting partnerships.
