Join to apply for the Senior Product Manager role at Dojo. We’re reinventing payments. In less than four years, Dojo has disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in‑person commerce, is game changing. Over 150,000 customers across four countries transact billions with us every year. We’re just getting started. Our people are the driving force behind our success. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager in our newly formed Horizon Engineering team, you will be at the forefront of our mission to become an AI‑native Fintech. This isn’t about adding “wrappers” to existing tools; it’s about fundamentally reimagining how we work. Sitting at the heart of the business, you will identify and build high‑impact, AI‑native solutions for our internal teams across all functions – Finance, Customer Operations, Risk, Legal, and more. This is a 0‑to‑1 role for a builder who thrives on technical depth and high‑velocity delivery. You’ll be the bridge between cutting‑edge AI engineering and the operational engine of a global PSP.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders across the entire business to identify friction points and translate them into a high‑impact strategy for AI‑native solutions. Prioritise across the opportunity backlog while diplomatically managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Drive 0‑to‑1 Technical Initiatives: Oversee multiple projects through the full Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) – from initial discovery and prototyping with AI Engineers to full‑scale deployment.
  • Own UI/UX: Ensure our AI solutions remain intuitive and friction‑free by carrying out user journey mapping and interface prototyping during early‑stage discovery or when design support is lean.
  • Refine the AI Delivery Playbook: Define and refine best practices for prototyping, testing, and deploying AI‑native products, ensuring we can move from concept to production at pace.
  • Partner with AI Engineering: Work side‑by‑side with a dedicated team of 5–6 AI Engineers. Dive into the details of LLMs, agentic frameworks, and system architecture to ensure our solutions are scalable and resilient.
  • Promote an AI‑Native Culture: Act as an evangelist for AI within Dojo, helping teams understand how to leverage new technologies to radically improve their work processes.
  • Analyse & Quantify Impact: Rigorously analyse business requirements and underlying data to ensure we are solving the right problems and delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifications

  • Proven Technical Product Management experience – 5+ years delivering complex products or platforms to internal business stakeholders.
  • Technical product mindset – comfortable discussing architecture and trade‑offs with engineers and unafraid to dive under the hood of what your team is building.
  • The “Internal Founder” mentality – treat colleagues as customers, drive intense, rapid research and discovery, and relentlessly solve pain points.
  • Analytical rigour – break messy business problems into data‑driven requirements and find AI‑shaped opportunities.
  • Strategic execution – zoom out to define a broad multi‑year roadmap, yet zoom in to unblock sprint tasks and answer specific‑customer questions.
  • Outcome‑oriented mindset – focus on solving problems, not just shipping features, and be motivated by the tangible impact of your tools company‑wide.
  • Desirable: FinTech knowledge – experience working within a Payments Service Provider or regulated financial environment.
