The Role
We are looking for a Senior People Partner, reporting to the Head of People Partnering, to act as a trusted advisor and coach for our Technology, Data, and Product teams. You will partner with leaders across these functions to build their capability and help them lead their teams through growth and change. In this role, you will also line-manage a People Partner, supporting their professional growth and development.
Your Goal? To ensure people are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll partner with business leaders and our centres of expertise to deliver People initiatives that support our scaling journey while fostering our unique culture.

What you will do…

Act as a trusted advisor and coach to Tech, Data, and Product leaders, providing expert HR guidance to navigate growth, change, and complex employee relations cases with practical, fair solutions.

Line manage, mentor, and develop a People Partner, empowering them to deliver high-quality support to their business areas and fostering their career progression.

Drive organisational effectiveness by using people data and insights to support workforce planning, diagnose problems, and advise on team structures and headcount.

Partner with the wider people function (Talent, Reward, PeopleOps, People Experience) to deliver key initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including performance, compensation, and leadership development.

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by helping to build a sense of belonging and ensuring DEI is deeply embedded in all people processes within your business areas.

Collaborate on key People team projects, contributing to wider cross-functional work streams and ad-hoc initiatives that support our continuous improvement.
What you will bring…

Strategic HR experience and qualifications, ideally gained from partnering directly with leaders in Technology, Data, or Product functions.

Experience in line management with a genuine passion for developing HR talent and leading by example.
