The RoleSenior Manager, Revenue Enablement â lead and scale how our commercial organisation performs and ensure we continue to grow faster and smarter. You will lead a highâperforming team of Enablement Partners, own and execute the global enablement roadmap, and act as a strategic business partner to Sales and Revenue Operations (RevOps) leadership. This is a critical, handsâon opportunity to shape the future of our commercial strategy and make a tangible impact on our billionâdollar growth journey!
Responsibilities
Lead & build a worldâclass team of Sales Enablement Partners, shaping the future scope and ways of working needed to consistently support all of Dojo\âs sales channels â Selfâemployed field sales, Direct, Inside Sales and our International markets.
Drive the global roadmap â own and execute the global Enablement roadmap to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates, attachment rates, and overall productivity.
Enablement by insight â leverage data and reporting to uncover performance gaps, designing and delivering focused enablement programmes that target real business challenges.
Accelerate commercial teams â work crossâfunctionally with Marketing, Product and Operations to remove the roadblocks that slow our sellers down.
Build the foundation â deliver scalable playbooks, toolkits and enablement content that simplify complexity and empower our sellers to move faster and close more deals.
Execute and optimise â oversee the rollout and continuous refinement of key enablement platforms (e.g. LMS, callâcoaching, AI tools) to maximise field performance.
Qualifications
A strong, demonstrable track record of success (typically 8+ years) in a Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement or Revenue Operations leadership role.
Proven ability to translate commercial strategy into effective field execution, designing and deploying enablement programmes for GTM teams.
Deep understanding of B2B sales and GoâToâMarket processes, combined with a powerful analytical and commercial mindset.
Experience in leading and developing enablement teams with diverse focuses, such as onboarding, systems and field enablement.
Excellent collaboration and influence skills; you thrive working at the critical intersection of Sales, Revenue Operations and Leadership.
Handsâon experience selecting, deploying and optimising revenue enablement platforms (e.g. Mindtickle, Highspot) and sales technology (e.g. Salesforce, Gong).
