The role

As a Senior i OS Engineer at Dojo, you’ll join a centralised platform team dedicated to amplifying our engineering efforts across the entire i OS ecosystem.

This isn’t about building single-user features; it’s about empowering developers by creating the robust SDKs, frameworks, and toolkits they rely on.

You will drive our architecture and scalability, optimising our CI/CD pipelines and ensuring our applications are performant, modular, and secure as we scale internationally.

What you will do...

  • Design, build, and maintain the centralised i OS SDKs, libraries, and core toolkits that form the foundation of our mobile infrastructure.
  • Own the modular architecture of our i OS ecosystem, promoting reusability and strong separation of concerns across multiple application teams.
  • Enhance the developer experience by optimising build times, managing dependencies using Swift Package Manager, and refining our automated testing strategies.
  • Architect and evolve scalable CI/CD pipelines for mobile automation, ensuring rapid, reliable, and secure release workflows.
  • Establish and uphold technical standards and best practices for i OS development through clear documentation and rigorous code reviews.
  • Collaborate with feature teams to understand their pain points and ensure the seamless integration of our core SDKs.

What you will bring...

  • Deep expertise in modern i OS development using Swift and a solid understanding of its core principles.
  • A proven track record of designing, shipping, and maintaining distributed frameworks or centralised SDKs used across multiple teams.
  • Strong command of i OS architecture patterns (e. g., MVVM-C, Clean Architecture) optimised for modularity and scalability.
  • Extensive experience with dependency management (Swift Package Manager) and mobile automation tooling (e. g., Git Hub Actions, Bitrise).
  • A passion for improving developer experience, with a focus on automation, code quality, and building tools that make other engineers more efficient.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and influence technical direction across teams.
