What You Will Do
- Technical leadership: lead technical design of scalable, secure systems and manage ongoing enhancements to optimise business efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure standard adherence: assist in enforcing high code quality standards, optimise for performance and scalability, uphold Salesforce development best practices through code reviews, and drive the adoption of emerging tools and frameworks.
- Stakeholder engagement: collaborate with product and key stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs that drive lead conversion and long-term innovation.
- Team development: mentor developers, manage performance, and cultivate a psychologically safe, inclusive team culture as the primary technical lead.
- Delivery excellence: own the end-to-end development lifecycle, implement robust testing strategies & CI/CD to ensure stability and high-quality deliverables.
- Operation excellence: act as the primary escalation point for complex technical challenges and support production systems in collaboration with the Technical Support team.
What You Will Bring
- Salesforce Mastery: demonstrable experience with Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and Salesforce Revenue Cloud (ideally).
- Advanced FSC: Deep understanding of core FSC data model, Actionable Relationship Centre (ARC), Salesforce configuration, expert-level hands-on development experience in Apex, LWC, Flows, Flexcards OmniScripts, DataMappers, and Integration Procedures. Action Plans & Document Tracking.
- Security & scale: deep knowledge of Salesforce security principles and secure by design implementation, including sharing rules, roles, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
- Engineering & DevOps: Experience with version control (Git) and automated deployment pipelines.
- Integration architecture: experience with different integration patterns (including SOAP/REST APIs), core banking Integration, and an understanding of how Sales/Experience Cloud integrates with the broader ecosystem.
- Observability: the ability to implement monitoring tools to track the system’s health proactively, and to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Internationalisation: Experience designing for multi-language and multi-currency environments.
