Dojo

We’re reinventing payments.
In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing.

Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year.
But we’re just getting started.

Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

The role

For this 12-month fixed-term contract, you'll be the vital link between our sales and product teams. You’ll thrive on balancing immediate tactical support with long-term strategic improvements, making a lasting impact on our operational foundations.

Your immediate focus will be on getting deals over the line by troubleshooting and providing hands-on support. However, your ultimate goal is to be a builder—identifying bottlenecks and designing automated, scalable processes that create a more resilient and efficient sales infrastructure for the future.

What you will do...

  • Oversee and ensure data integrity in HubSpot while supporting the migration to Salesforce.
  • Design and implement automated lead assignment and workflow sequences to replace manual processes.
  • Resolve immediate technical issues while building long-term, automated solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with Enablement and Product Marketing to maintain sales collateral and communicate new features to the team.
  • Mediate and resolve sales ownership queries, and work with Sales Support to smooth out friction points in our processes.

What you will bring...

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on building permanent solutions instead of temporary fixes.
  • Experience in building sustainable sales operations processes and automating repetitive tasks.
  • Deep knowledge of CRM workflows and lead rotation logic, particularly with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • The ability to navigate a fast-paced, competitive sales environment with a level head and clear logic.
  • A talent for clear communication, capable of translating complex technical details into practical insights.
