We’re reinventing payments. In less than four years, Dojo disrupted the market to become the largest and most loved acquirer in the UK. Our payments infrastructure, purpose-built for in-person commerce, is game changing. Now, over 150,000 customers across four countries choose to transact billions with us every year. But we’re just getting started. Our people are the driving force behind our success. They are our greatest investment and our ultimate competitive advantage. We hire exceptional people and give them the autonomy, trust, and ownership to thrive. The results take care of themselves.

The role

As our Pricing & Monetisation Lead for France, Italy, and Spain, you will be the strategic pricing advisor for Dojo’s European markets. This is a high-autonomy role where you’ll bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, acting as the primary advisor to our senior leadership team. You will track market signals, design and implement pricing frameworks, and provide the expert recommendations necessary to navigate a complex landscape while protecting and growing our revenue. This role is perfect for someone intellectually curious, highly analytical, and passionate about the payments ecosystem.

What you will do...

  • Serve as the lead subject matter expert on pricing for France, Italy, and Spain, developing formal recommendations on price adjustments, fee structures, and margin protection for executive leadership.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to simulate the revenue and margin impact of strategic shifts, providing data to support executive decision-making.
  • Partner with Insights, Product, and Tech teams to monitor competitor positioning, monetise new features, and ensure our infrastructure supports advanced pricing automation.
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of pricing initiatives, from technical billing configuration through to effective sales enablement and channel communications.
  • Align pricing with commercial objectives by working closely with Revenue leaders, using field insights on price sensitivity and deal patterns to refine long-term strategy.
  • Design and run pricing experiments and promotional offers, synthesising results into actionable recommendations while monitoring fee volatility to prevent margin erosion.

What you will bring...

  • A proven track record in Pricing, Monetisation Strategy, or Commercial Finance, with a history of driving large-scale, strategic pricing workstreams from ideation to completion. Payments or merchant acquiring experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills (SQL/Excel) with the ability to translate fragmented market data into a cohesive commercial strategy.
  • Experience advising C-suite or Director-level stakeholders, with the confidence to defend recommendations under pressure.
  • A customer-centric approach that balances revenue maximisation with the delivery of genuine customer value.
  • A deep technical understanding of card payment economics, including Interchange (MIF), Scheme Fees, and the evolving regulatory landscape is highly desirable.
