We're looking for a Head of People Experience to lead our dynamic team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). As part of our People Leadership Team, you'll step in, build rapid trust, and maintain high-impact delivery without wasting a second. You'll lead our Internal Communications, Workplace Experience, and Employer Brand teams while advising our Co-Founders on executive communications. What you will do...
- Lead and develop the team: Mentor our Internal Communications, Workplace Experience, and Employer Brand teams across London and Bristol, completing a team diagnostic to optimize performance.
- Own internal communications: Maintain our business-wide communications strategy to keep our global teams informed, aligned, and engaged.
- Advise senior leadership: Partner with our Co-Founders and Executive Team to provide strategic guidance and hands-on execution for critical business-wide messaging.
- Bring Dojo's EVP to life: Ensure our Employee Value Proposition is authentically reflected across internal initiatives and external employer branding.
- Steer employee listening: Translate employee feedback into actionable insights and interventions that boost morale and productivity.
- Manage workplaces & budgets: Own our People Experience budget, govern flagship events, and guide our Workplace team to optimize our European offices.
