At Dojo, data is at the heart of our decision-making process and influences how we understand and shape the world. To empower this, we've built a Self-Serve Data Platform that enables teams to manage, access, and process their own data independently. Join us and be part of one of the fastest-growing tech companies, leveraging an advanced tech stack to shape the future of our industry.

Our Data Platform operates seamlessly across multi-cloud environments, leveraging both AWS and GCP. Built on the latest open-source technologies, it allows us to not only push the boundaries of data engineering and analytics but also contribute back to the open-source community through continuous innovation and solution development.

What you'll do... This role will allow you to master the three pillars of every organisation:

  • Platform as a Product: Deliver self-serve products with strong SLAs/SLOs to the business, ensuring their scalability and reliability.
  • Developer Experience: Focus on optimising the developer experience to simplify platform adoption and onboarding.

What you'll bring... Problem solving skills: Strong problem solving skills which can help navigate problems in day to day work.

Programming Proficiency: Experience with Java, Python, or Golang with hands-on expertise in building scalable systems.
