Delivery Lead Role
The Delivery Lead at Dojo manages effective delivery of work across their team and beyond. This senior role is crucial for driving initiatives within our Product, Data, and Tech organization and inspiring teams to achieve ambitious goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery, including planning, scoping, governance, and management of work.
- Coordinate with other Delivery Leads to ensure effective cross-cutting initiative delivery through risk and dependency management.
- Work with the Leads team to define OKRs and success metrics, enabling outcome delivery.
- Lead quarterly planning, aligning with overall company strategies.
- Make decisions on work sequencing, quality, and strategy, collaborating with VPs and senior management.
- Ensure proper landing of new products and features via change management.
- Manage governance and structure teams, resolving blockers and resource gaps.
- Coordinate delivery activities on the ground while maintaining strategic oversight.
- Manage budgets for delivery initiatives according to company processes.
- Collaborate with the Head of Delivery to optimize delivery practices.

- Proven experience in delivery and program management, especially on large, complex initiatives that deliver business value.
- Experience across all organizational functions to achieve business outcomes.
- Strong influencing skills, including working with senior stakeholders and fostering collaboration.
