You are an experienced product designer with a strong design process, turning complicated problems into compelling UX and service solutions. You pair this with a sophisticated eye for intuitive UI — thinking in systems and striving for accessibility. Your strong personal skills foster collaboration across teams. The focus of this role is to make sales and service feel like magic, joining a team focused on creating new tools and products that enable seamless sales conversations and customer support. This role demands a high level of ownership—someone who thrives in ambiguity, understands users, collaborates seamlessly across disciplines, and knows how to get the right people in the room to make smart decisions, fast. You have proven effectiveness within a product business driving research through to polished execution, working shoulder to shoulder with engineering teams and product managers to scale and optimise new products and features.
What You Will Do
- Work end-to-end across research, storyboarding, wireframing, and prototyping, with the key focus on providing interactive designs to be implemented with the development team.
- Work closely with Product Managers to understand the problems and priorities for the team.
- Work on the user experience and visual design, with support from existing team members, to come up with beautiful experiences for our customers across web and mobile interfaces.
- Demonstrate a high level of ownership and thrive in ambiguity.
- Understand users and collaborate seamlessly across disciplines.
- Know how to get the right people in the room to make smart decisions, fast.
- Drive research through to polished execution.
- Work shoulder to shoulder with engineering teams and product managers to scale and optimise new products and features.
What You Will Bring
- Experience in UX & UI design: A proven track record in both User Experience and User Interface design.
- Design and Prototype Tools Proficiency: Expertise in current industry-standard design and prototyping software.
- User Flow Optimisation: Ability to map and optimise user flows, prioritising opportunities and pain points.
- Engineering Collaboration: An understanding of web development and mobile development, with proven approaches to collaboration with engineering.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving & Creative Thinking: Aptitude for complex systems thinking, problem-solving, and creative solution design.
- Clear Design Process: Self-motivation and organisation, with a clear design process and planning methodology.
- User Research Grounding: Strong grounding in user research methodologies and tooling.
- Experimentation and Optimisation: Experience creating and evaluating product experiments and variant tests to aid continuous discovery and optimisation.
- Design System Contribution: Experience building with, and contributing to, a tokenised design system.
- Strong Portfolio: A strong portfolio of work showcasing both UX and visual skills.

- Fintech/Payments Experience: 5+ years in Product Design, ideally spending some time in the Fintech or payments industries.
