You’ll work directly with our founder and Head of Commercial, Tom, to drive new business and help shape the future of our sales operation. This role offers a pathway to building and leading a sales team, making it ideal for someone who’s ready to step up and own a key area of growth. Pitch ideas and proposals in collaboration with our creative team • Use CRM tools to manage pipelines and report on performance • Represent Dojo at events, networking sessions, and client meetings 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally in media, creative, or tech • Strong communicator who’s confident presenting and building rapport • Passion for creativity, innovation, and brand storytelling • Bonus if you’re already active on camera or creating content — we’re a video company after all!
