About DOJO
We're building a new category of MarTech - the AI Marketing Operating System. One year in, we are well-funded, shipping fast, and being used by 80+ tech-forward brands. We were recently named one of Wired's 100 Hottest Startups and included on Sifted's Startups To Watch. Our team is split between London and Lisbon, with the majority of our revenue coming from the UK and the US. As we enter a new stage of growth, we need a Growth Sensei to help our enterprise customers get the most out of DOJO - and grow with us.
About This Role
This isn't traditional customer success. You're a forward-deployed marketer embedded with our enterprise customers. You'll use your hands-on marketing expertise to help them succeed with DOJO, spot opportunities to expand, and make sure they never want to leave. You'll work with a portfolio of high-value accounts, acting as their trusted marketing advisor while driving expansion revenue. Think less "how can I help you?" and more "here's what you should be doing."
What You'll Do
- Customer onboarding and activation
- Own the onboarding experience for new enterprise customers
- Get them set up and seeing value in their first week
- Identify quick wins and help them ship their first campaigns using DOJO
- Build relationships with the full marketing team, not just your main contact
- Run regular check-ins (weekly or bi-weekly depending on account size)
- Audit their marketing performance using DOJO and provide actionable recommendations
- Teach them how to use DOJO's AI agents effectively across paid, organic, SEO/AEO, and analytics
- Act as their marketing consultant - they should see you as an extension of their team
- Flag risks early and work with the team to solve them before customers churn
- Identify opportunities to expand usage across their marketing team
- Spot when customers are ready for additional features or higher tiers
- Run expansion conversations and close upsell deals
- Build business cases that make expansion an easy yes
- Gather detailed product feedback and feature requests
- Be the voice of the customer internally
- Work with product and engineering to solve customer problems
- Turn happy customers into case studies, testimonials, and references
- Keep the CRM up to date with account health, activities, and opportunities
- Hit your retention, expansion, and upsell targets
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams
Who You Are
You're someone who:
- Genuinely loves marketing and stays on top of what's happening in the industry
- Can talk confidently about paid ads, SEO, AEO, analytics, and content strategy
- Enjoys teaching and gets satisfaction from making others successful
- Is comfortable being hands-on - you can jump into GA4, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads and spot what's wrong
- Thinks commercially and can spot revenue opportunities naturally
- Builds trust quickly and maintains relationships over time
- Can balance being helpful with being direct - you're not afraid to challenge customers when needed
- Thrives in an environment where no two days look the same
Experience we'd like to see:
- 3–5 years working in marketing, ideally across multiple channels (paid, organic, SEO, analytics)
- Experience at a marketing agency, consultancy, or in-house at a high-growth company
- Hands-on expertise with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Amplitude, SEMrush, or similar
- Track record working with B2B brands (B2C experience is a bonus)
- Exposure to customer success, account management, or client services
- A general interest in AI and emerging technologies
What We Value
We hire on values, not 'culture fit'. Here's what matters to us:
- Authenticity. You're the same person in the interview as you are three months in. You don't pretend to be someone you're not to close a deal or impress a colleague. What you see is what you get.
- Transparency. You're upfront when accounts aren't healthy and don't sugarcoat your forecasts. This gives us an opportunity to help or change course rather than find out after.
- Grit. We're a high-growth company and we move fast. We want people who see opportunity in that pace and lean into challenges rather than away from them.
- Ownership. We want people who are motivated by results and take ownership of how they get there. We'll give you a clear path to success - what you do with it is up to you.
How to Apply
Send us:
- Your CV
- A few sentences on why this specific role appeals to you (not a cover letter, just a few lines)
No need for a fancy application. We're looking for clear communication, not performance.
