Location: Our Senior Product Designer will be an integral part of our Product Management team in EMEA. This role is based remotely as a full-time employee in the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Estonia, Israel, or Spain. We are also open to contractors in East Europe and Portugal.

The Opportunity: DoiT is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Digital Product Designer to join our PerfectScale by DoiT team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on digital product experiences, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, engaging, and user-friendly. Your primary responsibilities will include applying modern Product Design methodologies in the creation of design artifacts (flows, journeys, wires, mocks, prototypes, specs), and collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams to bring designs to life.
Responsibilities:
- Working with cross-functional team members in the execution and delivery of PerfectScale products, using a customer-focused, iterative design process.
- Collaborating closely with engineering, product management, PMM, and research to develop impactful, user-centric, and data-informed solutions.
- Working alongside engineers throughout the implementation and quality assurance phases.
- Creating user-centered designs based on research and insights, including but not limited to user flows, journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications.
- Participating in usability testing and iterating on designs based on feedback.
- Acting as a user advocate to ensure the end product offers a high-quality user experience.
- Participating in the development and maintenance of the design system utilizing the latest industry techniques and best practices.
Key Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience designing for consumer-facing digital product experiences.
- A deep passion to think differently and challenge conventional approaches to design.
- Proven expertise in multiple areas of Digital Product Design including Interaction Design, Service Design, Information Architecture, Visual Design, Production Design, Research, and Digital Prototyping.
- Mastery of Figma and various prototyping tools.
- Ability to build and organize high-quality and consistent design artifacts including flow diagrams, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and specifications.
- Proven experience leading Design System initiatives and deep expertise in Design Systems best practices.
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills.
- Experience working on a high-performing team, collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, leadership, and other key partners.
- An online portfolio of professional work is required.
