Our Marketing Development Representative (MDR) will be an integral part of our Marketing team in EMEA. This role is based remotely in the UK or Ireland.

We’re looking for a highly motivated Marketing Development Representative (MDR) to join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, responsible for converting marketing-generated interest into qualified pipeline. You’ll engage with inbound leads, nurture prospects, and identify high-quality opportunities. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with prospects, and wants to grow a career in tech sales or demand generation.
Responsibilities
- Follow up with inbound leads generated through campaigns, events, and content.
- Staff booths when required and represent the brand professionally.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand business challenges and cloud needs.
- Schedule and hand off qualified meetings to Account Executives.
- Maintain high inbound conversion rate and strong SLA adherence (speed to lead performance).
- Collaborate closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
- Be an expert in tooling while maintaining clean data hygiene.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or MDR role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts (cloud, DevOps, FinOps, are a plus).
- Self-starter mindset with a drive to hit and exceed expectations.
Bonus Points
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms - cloud practitioner is a huge plus.
- Experience working closely with marketing teams on campaigns or lead follow-up.
