The Role

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to help drive Doit's AI Neobank expansion across products, markets and teams.

This is a senior execution role for someone who can align leadership, drive operating cadence, solve cross-functional problems and turn strategy into measurable progress.

  • What You'll Own
  • Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities.
  • Build and manage operating rhythm, OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking and accountability.
  • Coordinate major workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance and operations.
  • Prepare concise decision memos, board / leadership materials, execution plans and performance reviews.
  • Identify gaps, risks and dependencies before they become serious blockers.
  • Help leadership make sharper trade-offs on people, capital, product and market priorities.
  • Own special projects that require senior judgement and cross-functional authority.

  • Experience in startups, consulting, strategy, operations, fintech, financial services or regional expansion is a strong advantage.
