Delivering DoiT Cloud Intelligence, the only solution that integrates advanced technology with human intelligence, we help our customers solve complex multicloud problems and drive efficiency. We’re looking for a hands‑on, results‑oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our EMEA BDR team. You will be responsible for coaching, managing, and scaling a high‑performing team focused on generating qualified pipeline. This is a pivotal role that bridges go‑to‑market strategy with day‑to‑day execution across sales and marketing.

You’ll report to the Global Director of Business Development and partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to ensure pipeline goals are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline accountability for your BDR team by tracking and managing performance against unveil, monthly, and quarterly targets (meetings set, qualified opportunities, and sourced pipeline).
  • Coach and develop BDRs through 1:1s, call coaching, and weekly training to drive messaging consistency, outbound effectivity, and conversion.
  • Monitor KPIs (activity, conversion, performance) in Salesforce and outreach tools to identify trends, areas of improvement, and course‑correct when needed.
  • Partner with Sales to ensure tight alignment between BDRs and AEs through clear rules of engagement, territory planning, and feedback loops.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Enablement to launch multi‑channel outbound campaigns and ensure message‑market fit across segments.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ramp of new BDRs by partnering with People and Enablement on structured onboarding plans and role expectations.
  • Provide training and coaching on effective prospecting and go‑to‑market execution, including multi‑channel outreach, tool utilization, and building strong, productive relationships with Sales Reps and partners.
  • Leverage CRM and sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach, Gong) to track performance and enforce best operational practices.
  • Participate in forecasting and QBRs, contributing insights on pipeline performance and BDR‑led contribution to revenue goals.
  • Continuously refine team playbooks, messaging, and workflows to scale repeatable, high‑impact outbound motions.

Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of experience in business development or sales leadership, preferably in SaaS/Cloud environment.
  • Proven success in building or leading a team responsible for outbound pipeline generation.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience using Salesforce, Outreach, and other GTM tools to manage and optimize team performance.
  • Experience coaching reps on outbound prospecting, discovery, and objection handling.
  • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and influence without authority.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, especially for training and executive communication.
  • Data‑driven and process‑oriented with the ability to translate insight into action.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast‑paced, and constantly evolving environment.
  • Ability to travel for events as needed.

We are home to a global team of incredible talent who work remotely and have the flexibility to have a schedule that balances your work and home life. We embrace and support leveling up your skills professionally and personally.

  • Unlimited Vacation
  • Flexible Working Options
  • Health Insurance
