You’ll advise clients on technical specifications, materials, and design finishes, ensuring each project is both functionally sound and visually stunning. This sign industry sales job is ideal for someone with experience in signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics, sold directly to end clients and/or via architects, designers, facilities managers/property management firms.

This signage sales role can be based out of the office, or hybrid depending on your location, but ultimately you’ll be travelling to client meetings, primarily in the West London and M4 corridor region. As the signage Technical Sales Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through the process of crafting bespoke branding solutions, from initial brief to final installation. You won’t just sell, you’ll consult, solve problems, and contribute to the creation of visually powerful branded environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and developing new clients/business opportunities
  • Converting qualified inbound leads into sales
  • Advising on signage, graphics, materials, and design options
  • Working with end users, architects, designers, and property/facility managers
  • Developing accurate project briefs for estimating, production, and delivery teams
  • Building long-term relationships with key decision makers and influencers

You’re commercially savvy, technically confident, and creatively curious. You understand how to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, and you know how to deliver value throughout.

We’re looking for:

  • A proven track record in technical or consultative sales (ideally signage, graphics, or related bespoke solutions)
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and technical specifications
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and installation processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident with face-to-face meetings and presentations
  • Full UK driving license and located within easy reach of the M4 corridor
  • Right to work in the UK
