Overview: We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Air Traffic Management (ATM) team, contributing to the development of safety-critical distributed systems used in operational air traffic control environments. This role combines high-performance software engineering with the intensive use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot), enabling increased productivity, code quality, and automation across the software lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about engineering excellence, modern development practices, and the adoption of AI to enhance software development efficiency and quality.

  • Design and develop software based on system and subsystem requirements
  • Contribute to distributed, mission-critical ATM systems
  • Ensure traceability between requirements, implementation, and testing
