About the opportunity: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement and supply chain operations within an established manufacturing environment. The Role
- Take full ownership of the purchasing and supply chain function, ensuring the business is equipped with the right suppliers, at the right cost, delivering the right quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align supply with demand, improve performance, and support long-term business growth.
- Develop and deliver the procurement & supply chain strategy.
- Manage and strengthen supplier relationships and performance.
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract agreements.
- Forecast demand and monitor market trends.
- Analyse spend, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
- Work cross-functionally to align supply with operational requirements.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
