Wavenet is seeking a Senior Tier 3 Network Engineer to act as a senior technical authority within the Network Operations function. You will support and optimise production networks and critical customer infrastructure, serving as the final escalation point for complex incidents and outages.
You will mentor junior engineers, drive technical excellence across Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams, and perform deep-dive troubleshooting across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN and firewall technologies while engaging customers.
