About the role and team: Senior Frontend (Vue. js/Typescript)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer who is passionate about building scalable, high-quality software and helping teams grow.

This is more than a hands‑on engineering role—you'll influence technical direction, mentor other engineers, drive architectural decisions, and help us embed AI and automation into the way we deliver value for our clients.

What You'll Do

• As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will

  • Design, build and maintain scalable, accessible and performant frontend applications using modern Vue. js and Type Script.
  • Lead technical design and architectural discussions, ensuring solutions are maintainable, performant and aligned with best practices.
  • Develop and evolve component libraries and design systems with a focus on reusability, accessibility and consistency.
  • Champion engineering excellence through clean code, automated testing, documentation and code reviews.
  • Drive delivery across multiple initiatives while balancing speed, quality and commercial value.
  • Mentor engineers through coaching, pairing and constructive feedback, helping raise capability across the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems together and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks and AI capabilities that improve how we build software.
  • Promote automation wherever possible, removing repetitive work so teams can focus on solving meaningful problems.

Technical Expertise You'll have strong commercial experience with

  • Modern Type Script, including advanced types, generics and utility types
  • Vue. js (Vue 3, Composition API) and the wider Vue ecosystem
  • State management with Pinia or Vuex
  • Vue Router and client-side routing patterns
  • Component-driven development and design systems (e. g. Storybook)
  • REST and Graph QL API integration
  • Build tooling such as Vite or Webpack
  • Automated testing with tools such as Vitest, Jest, Cypress or Playwright
  • Responsive, accessible UI development (WCAG standards)
  • CSS architecture (e. g. Tailwind, SCSS, CSS Modules)
  • Git and modern software development workflows
  • CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or Git Lab CI
  • Performance optimisation (bundle size, lazy loading, rendering performance)
  • Cloud platforms and static hosting (AWS, Azure or GCP)
  • Observability tooling including logging, metrics and frontend monitoring
