About the Role

As Senior Sales Manager, you will lead the growth engine for NewtonX in EMEA. You will work directly with the RVP to prospect, convert, and nurture strategic enterprise accounts, through strategic sales, regional brand building, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead top-of-funnel pipeline generation through diligent account and ICP prospecting across large enterprises (£bn+) in our target sectors
  • Partner with our marketing leadership to build targeted outbound campaigns, attend visible industry events, and organize executive forums that drive high value leads
  • Build tailored account plans to navigate complex enterprise structures, access senior decision-makers, and ensure seamless onboarding with new logos
  • Own the multi-stakeholder sales cycle from initial discovery and research proposal formulation to executive pitching, commercial negotiation, and closing
  • Understand complex client challenges, articulate the unique NewtonX value proposition, and design bespoke proposals that deliver differentiated market insights
  • Leverage your relationship with NewtonX’s Leadership and operational teams to bring the best of NewtonX to clients, including innovative solutions such as Synthetic Personas
  • Continuously refine our EMEA sales processes, pitching methodologies, commercial levers, and innovative tech
  • Mentor junior sales and client partnership associates, creating development opportunities for the team, and nurturing a non-hierarchical, inclusive, and high-performance culture

What you have

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales and/or business development experience, with a proven track record of acquiring enterprise new logos and closing complex deals (£6-to-7 figure)
  • Proven experience in sales strategy planning, forecasting, and tracking
  • Experience selling to Financial Services, Tech, and/or Industrial sectors is preferred
  • Demonstrated executive presence and business acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of ownership, resilience, and a hunter mentality
  • Mastery of modern sales execution and CRM/sales enablement (Salesforce, Apollo, etc.)
  • Right to work in the UK (we do not offer visa sponsorship)
