Paloma Health in England is seeking a Senior People Partner to join our growing People Team. You will partner with tech and delivery groups, guide managers through performance, ER matters, onboarding, and wellbeing initiatives, and help scale our people processes with automation and AI.

You'll collaborate closely with the People & Talent Director, own employee lifecycle programs, and drive engagement and compliance across a fast-paced healthcare startup committed to improving NHS autism and ADHD.
