What you will be doing

Our roles are about helping clients redesign and deliver the organisations of the future by shaping operating models that enable agility, human‑centred design and efficiency.

As a Senior Manager, you will play a leading role in setting direction, shaping client engagements and driving enterprise‑wide transformation, translating strategic priorities into practical structures, processes, and governance frameworks that drive sustainable impact.

  • Enterprise – wide Operating Model Design and

Implementation: Leading the definition and implementation of target operating models, organisational structures and governance frameworks that align to strategic priorities and enable agility across complex organisations.

  • Cost & Productivity

Optimisation: Shaping and leading large‑scale redesign of operating models to improve efficiency, reduce costs and unlock long‑term value through streamlined processes and resource allocation.

  • Integration & Capability

Build: Leading complex organisational transitions, such as mergers, acquisitions or new business units, by designing and embedding capabilities that enable smooth integration and operational effectiveness.

  • Ways of Working & Agility: Setting direction for how organisations evolve processes, decision‑making, and funding models to foster collaboration, innovation and responsiveness at scale.
  • AI‑Enabled Operating Model Transformation: Designing future‑fit organisations that can embed and scale AI – with the right structures, accountabilities, and cultural foundations.

Insights: Overseeing the application of analytics and diagnostic tools (e. g.

  • Leading end‑to‑end operating model transformations, including governance design and implementation at scale.
  • Overseeing organisational transitions, ensuring structures and ways of working enable continuity, growth and long‑term success.
  • Leading cost and productivity optimisation programmes through redesign of processes, spans and layers and resource allocation without compromising agility.
  • Advising clients on how to sustainably reduce cost or headcount while unlocking creativity and strategic focus.
  • Embedding lasting capability by designing change approaches that stick, with a focus on leadership alignment, behavioural change, and practical tooling.
  • Building senior client relationships, identifying opportunities and shaping new work aligned to client priorities.
  • Your skills and experience
  • Proven consulting experience in enterprise transformation, including operating model design and delivery.
  • Deep expertise in organisational design and governance, with the ability to shape structures, processes, and decision‑making frameworks.
  • Strong track record of advising senior stakeholders in large, complex organisations navigating disruption, emerging technology adoption and strategic change.
  • Strong knowledge of transformation levers such as cost optimisation, capability building and integration to enable sustainable organisational change.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools to enhance operating model design approaches, as well as advising clients on embedding AI into their own operating models.
  • Experience shaping and selling large‑scale transformation programmes, with a clear contribution to business development and growth.
  • A clear perspective on how AI is transforming work – from operating models and decision‑making to workforce structure and leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with delivery tools (e. g. Org Vue, Jira, Planview) to support execution at pace.
  • Familiarity with delivery methodologies (e. g. Agile at Scale, OKRs) to support approach and application.
  • Strong leadership capability, with experience leading teams, developing others and building followership.
  • Confidence coaching senior leaders through ambiguity, helping them adapt to new ways of working and organisational models.
  • A hypothesis‑driven approach to problem solving – you ask the right questions, simplify the complex, and stay focused on impact.
