As a Senior Integrated Producer, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end production process, ensuring seamless execution, financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination.
You are expected to balance project management and production expertise, delivering high-budget, complex, and multi-market projects while driving efficiencies, mentorship, and strategic problem-solving.
You will collaborate closely with Client Management, Resource Management, and Creative teams, acting as a trusted production lead while maintaining financial and operational control over projects.
Working on one of the agency’s largest global accounts, you will act as a Senior Integrated Producer for one of the world’s most revolutionary wearable tech brands.
Success in this role requires a versatile producer with deep expertise in asset transcreation across digital, film, print, and retail channels.
At the Senior Manager level, you will have deep expertise in both project management and production and be expected to lead more complex projects with greater autonomy.
You will take on increased responsibilities in mentoring junior producers, refining processes, and ensuring delivery best practices.
- Primary Responsibilities
- Lead high-budget, multi-market projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, financial targets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Client Management to align on client expectations, lead status updates, and ensure seamless project execution.
- Budget oversight and financial management – track financial health, manage POs, reconcile invoices, and flag commercial risks proactively.
- Partner with Resource Management to ensure appropriate talent casting and workload distribution across teams and external partners.
- Manage large-scale content production, ensuring deliverables are optimised for various digital, social, and paid media channels.
- Implement structured workflows and process efficiencies, leading improvements to best practices within Integrated Production.
- Problem-solve in real time, responding to production challenges with agility, strategic thinking, and solution-oriented leadership.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and professional development opportunities.
- Act as a trusted production partner to senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Support and manage client escalations and scope discussions, ensuring alignment and transparent communication.
