WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Due diligence: assess who our customers are, how and with whom they operate their business model, and their public and financial profiles.
- Underwriting: analyze business and financial information of our customers (e.g., credit agency reports, financial statements, bank account statements), write up the key risks and mitigants, and conclude.
- Credit decision: decide on limit requests within your delegated authority and help build and maintain a performing loan book.
- Risk ownership: own multiple high‑limit customers and groups, monitor their risk profiles, and present findings to the credit risk committee.
- Innovation: systematize business problems, design smart solutions, and help build scalable, compliant straight‑through processes, including AI capabilities.
- Communication: facilitate smooth, fact‑based information flow between colleagues, supporting a culture of open dialogue and mutual respect.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Minimum 6 years of operational experience in credit risk assessment for US corporate and SME customers from a bank or fintech.

- Project management skills and demonstrated ability to design and steer complex projects end to end.
- Determination and desire to work in a team to achieve high‑quality results for our customers, even under stress.
- Fluent English with very good writing skills. Other European languages are a plus.
