Overview

As a Sr Account Manager you will lead the tactical execution of integrated and digital marketing plans while maintaining a strong understanding of the agency/client relationship.

You will be responsible for developing and incorporating strategic planning skills within the broader scope of account management.

As the primary contact for clients and/or agency partners, you will oversee the development of campaigns and project plans, providing day-to-day support on broader strategic efforts in collaboration with the Account Director.

You will be accountable for identifying and meeting client needs while aligning with internal processes to ensure the successful initiation, management, and execution of all initiatives.

This will include leading client presentations, facilitating internal project meetings, and actively contributing as part of a highly engaged and large account team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for strategic projects (i. e. Website, ISA) and reporting initiatives (i. e. weekly/monthly dashboards).
  • Responsible for the finished product/service – from the creation of comprehensive project plans to the process of submissions for regulatory and client reviews.
  • Track project budgets regularly and work with AS and AD to manage scope.
  • Exhibit critical thinking skills and an awareness and understanding of client’s business and strategic objectives.
  • In the absence of a Supervisor or Director, day-to-day contact for clients and/or agency partners.
  • Prepare client proposal decks and quotations.
  • Proactively look for business opportunities with existing clients, and prospects.
  • Mentor or manage junior team members, ensuring client submissions are executed flawlessly, with implementation of agency best practices.

Must adhere to agency policies and required compliance practices.

  • Experience in account management within marketing/advertising or related fields.
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate discussions and drive alignment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and budgets while meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
