Role Summary

Seeking a hands-on SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Specialist to lead end-to-end migration activities across a large-scale SAP transformation programme.

The role will be responsible for data discovery, mapping, cleansing, migration execution, reconciliation, and cutover readiness to ensure successful go-live outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP data migration delivery from planning through cutover.
  • Define migration strategy, scope, governance, and wave plans.
  • Manage data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and quality activities.
  • Execute mock loads, production loads, reconciliation, and defect resolution.
  • Coordinate migration activities with testing, environments, and business teams.
  • Support cutover planning and provide data readiness recommendations.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years' experience in SAP Data Migration.
  • Proven delivery of at least 2 SAP S/4HANA migration programmes.
  • Experience with Bluefield migrations, carve-outs, or complex data transformations.
  • Strong Finance and Procurement data migration expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, MDG, or similar tools.
  • Strong data mapping, reconciliation, ETL, and SQL skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
