We are seeking a dedicated Consultant in Adult Psychiatry to work full-time for our NHS client based in Salisbury, Wiltshire. This locum opportunity is available for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality psychiatric care within an inpatient setting.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate individualised treatment plans.
- Act as the Responsible Clinician (RC) and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Ensure compliance with the Mental Health Act and other relevant legislation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Full GMC registration (essential).
- Section 12 approval.
- Approved Clinician status.
- Experience in adult psychiatry, particularly within inpatient settings.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
Referral Incentive
