This role provides operational management for Global Solution Consulting (pre sales). Supporting the Head of Global Solution Consulting to administer, operate and report on pre sales processes. Operational ownership and coordination for Lending sales enablement. It ensures onboarding and training programmes are delivered effectively end-to-end, enablement platforms (including Highspot) are administered and continuously improved, and training activity and compliance are tracked and reported accurately. The role partners closely with the Director, GTM Performance Excellence to ensure enablement programmes run predictably, scale effectively, and support sales productivity.

Key responsibilities

  • Enablement operations & onboarding: Own the operational delivery of the Corporate Lending onboarding programme, including cohort planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and follow‑up. Act as the primary point of coordination for presenters and contributors, ensuring sessions are confirmed, run to plan, recorded, and materials are available on time. Maintain onboarding schedules, trackers, and resources to ensure smooth onboarding experiences for all new hires. Proactively identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies in the onboarding process and recommend improvements.
  • Training tracking & compliance: Own the training tracking process for Corporate and Retail Lending, ensuring attendance, completion, and knowledge checks are accurately recorded and embedded in Operational Reviews. Monitor training compliance and follow up with attendees and managers where required. Evolve existing tracking processes toward simpler, more scalable, and manager‑friendly reporting.
  • Highspot LMS & enablement tooling: Act as the Lending subject‑matter contact for Highspot LMS capabilities. Create and maintain learning paths, knowledge checks, and enablement resources within Highspot. Ensure onboarding and training content is structured, current, and easy to navigate. Develop simple guidance and documentation to support wider team adoption of Highspot.
  • Joiners / leavers & enablement readiness: Coordinate joiner and leaver enablement actions, including access to Highspot and other enablement tools. Maintain accurate CRO org, training, and onboarding records. Ensure new hires receive the appropriate enablement communications and resources.
  • Enablement communications & events: Support the preparation of Sales Enablement communications, including win announcements and training‑related messaging. Provide operational support for enablement programmes and events as required throughout the year. Contribute to ad hoc enablement projects aligned to team priorities.
