Doist is seeking a commercially minded Commercial Legal Counsel to join our EMEA legal team. This in‑house role will be the primary legal partner to Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Partner teams across Europe, supporting a high‑velocity SaaS deal environment.

You will focus on commercial contracting—drafting and negotiating enterprise SaaS agreements, partner and channel contracts, and procurement deals—while also contributing on GDPR/UK GDPR, subsidiary governance, employment matters, and IP.
