A bit about the team and what you'll deliver...

We are looking for a highly organised and collaborative Senior Partnership Operations Lead to take ownership of the operational delivery of our global OEM partnerships and Device Lock Controller (DLC) programme.

Note: This is a fixed-term contract to cover a 6-month secondment into a brand new permanent role within our wider operations team.

There is the potential for this position to become permanent.

  • As the Senior Partnership Operations Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading OEM & DLC Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of OEM partnerships and the DLC programme, ensuring activities remain on track and aligned across multiple stakeholders.
  • Managing the Google Relationship: Own the operational relationship with Google, managing DLC prioritisation, approvals, launch planning and delivery timelines.

Excellence: Define, implement and continuously improve OEM operational processes, creating clear ownership, governance and accountability across internal teams and external partners.

  • Coordinating Cross-Functional

Delivery: Bring together Business Development, Product, Delivery and regional teams to ensure OEM onboarding and launches are delivered successfully and on schedule.

  • Tracking Performance & Governance: Build and maintain reporting dashboards and a single source of truth for programme status, milestones, risks and actions.
  • Removing Delivery Blockers: Proactively identify operational, technical, commercial or regional issues and work across teams to resolve them quickly.
  • Supporting Commercial Success: Provide operational insights and programme data to support commercial discussions, planning and negotiations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process and tooling enhancements that simplify delivery, improve efficiency and enable regional teams to execute successfully.

  • Exposure to Device Lock Controller (DLC) or device locking programmes would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Knowledge
  • Understanding of how OEM partnerships operate within the mobile ecosystem
  • Awareness of device locking technologies and mobile security solutions
  • Familiarity with structured delivery methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2
  • Fluent English; additional languages such as Chinese or Spanish would be beneficial but are not essential.
