Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Project Manager's primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of the project life cycle for data collection from initiation to completion.
  • This includes managing project budgets, communicating with the client on progress in the field, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to aid completion to deadline.
  • Ensuring that Profiles and Health standards are met on all aspects of the process.
  • Coordinating the day-to-day activities involved with running individual projects and resolving, recording, and reporting issues that may jeopardise the team’s ability to complete the projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Ensuring that projects are conducted in compliance with the ISO 20252 / 26362 standard, as represented in the Company’s Quality Manual and supporting procedures including industry guidelines (e.g. BHBIA and EphMRA) and other regulatory and client requirements such as Adverse Event Reporting.
  • Reviewing all project documentation provided by client services with the manager and identifying issues that jeopardise the ability to complete the project on time and within budget or impact the project’s gross margin.
  • If necessary, providing recommendations to client service and partnering with them to obtain a revised quote on the project.
  • Managing internal project kick-off meetings with sales, panel, and programming to review materials, finalise all project requirements, and determine timelines and schedules.
  • Working directly with the client to review all project materials and schedules and making changes as needed.
  • Providing consistent updates to the client on the status of the project during the fielding process on a frequent basis either via email or phone.
  • Providing recommendations to the panel team to maximise sample while in the field.
  • Ensuring the project is completed on time and ensuring all panelists receive incentive payments in a timely manner.
  • Providing the Finance team with all financial metrics required to complete the billing and invoice process; delivering the final bill to the client.
