The Quality Engineer will play a key role in ensuring that all project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance.
The role works within a collaborative Quality team and closely with engineering, operations, service management, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment with the Quality Management System (QMS), organisational policies, applicable standards, and industry best practices.
Key duties include
- Understand the existing Quality Management System (QMS) and support the adaptation, implementation, and maintenance of an updated QMS in accordance with ISO 9001 and contractual requirements.
- Develop and maintain quality procedures, plans, and documentation.
- Plan and conduct internal audits, monitoring compliance with defined procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Review project documentation and reports to ensure quality prior to approval.
- Define and maintain the Contract Quality Control Plan based on service milestones and project planning.
- Supervise verification activities and final deliverables prior to customer acceptance.
- Register, track, and manage non-conformities until closure, including corrective and improvement actions.
- Measure quality performance and achievement against defined quality objectives.
- Audit performance indicators, perform trend analysis, and define corrective actions where required.

Review supplier performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
