Menlo Security is seeking a Principal Software Engineer I for the R&D Policy Team. This role owns the full lifecycle of policy platform services—from storage and versioning to distribution and real-time enforcement—for enterprise customers, with low latency and high availability.
You will lead architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and champion AI-assisted development practices (LLM-based coding, automated test generation) while partnering with Product, Security, and Operations to align on.
