The post holder will line manage both the IWT and PHU Trusts Learning, Education and Development (LEaD) Business and Administration Managers, ensuring the department delivers the organisation’s LEaD Strategy and manages day-to-day staff matters including appraisals and recruitment. The post holder will be flexible across sites.
They will provide business support for income and expenditure, work with Apprenticeship and Early Careers teams on procurement and contracts, and develop reporting.
