Isle of Wight NHS Trust is seeking a Head of Improvement to lead the operational delivery of Delivering Excellence, the group quality management system, across Isle of Wight NHS Trust and Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust. You will coach, train and facilitate the Improvement Team to build capability and deliver sustainable quality, safety, and productivity gains.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Improvement, you will balance a group-wide approach with local context.
