Senior Civil Engineer in the Water Team for Scotland offices (Glasgow, Edinburgh, Perth, Inverness) with a flexible hybrid working model.

Responsibilities
- Design Excellence β Produce high-quality design work that meets client requirements and industry standards; take responsibility for personal delivery and for that of a wider team.
- Project Management Awareness β Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution; monitor programme performance vs baseline and identify blockers to timely progression.
- Quality Assurance β Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard through thorough reviews and checks; provide feedback to junior staff as required.
- Team Collaboration and Communication β Own elements of project work supported by junior staff; contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment; communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Health, Safety, and Environmental (SHE) Compliance β Develop Design Risk Assessments and Project SHE Plans to ensure safety and environmental considerations are integrated into all project phases.
