We are looking for a Patient Liaison to join our incredible team at our flagship clinic in London, United Kingdom.
As our patients enter into the clinic, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, embodying a cheerful, professional, and polished demeanor at all times.
This role is perfect for someone with a natural talent for customer service, a compassionate outlook, and exceptional attention to detail.
Our clinics will be open from Monday - Friday to start and eventually open up to seven (7) days a week, and may require a non-traditional schedule, including weekends.
This will be a full timeposition with a set schedule though you may be required to work additional hours as are necessary to fulfil your duties.
This role is 100% on site.
This role does not provide visa sponsorship.

- What You’ll Do
- Front Desk Responsibilities
- Patient Check-In, Registration, and Check Out
- Welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Verify patient identity, and required documentation.
- Assist patients with completing registration and intake forms as needed.
- Educate patients on post-scan expectations.
- Patient Escort
- Escort patients to and from dressing rooms, maintaining privacy, dignity, and a calm, unhurried pace.
- Communication and Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, technologists, and clinical staff.
- Ensure the front desk area is organised, stocked, and operates efficiently.
- Customer Service Excellence
- Address patient concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Encourage patient feedback and foster a positive clinical experience.
- Administrative Responsibilities
• Patient Appointments
Ensure our patients have timely access to care.
- Book, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as necessary.
- Send appointment reminders and pre-scan communication to patients.
- Liaise with Healthcare Providers Keep the lines of communication open to support our patient care.
- Support clinical teams by managing key administrative tasks.
- Medical Record Management
- Maintain patient records to keep data accurate and up-to-date.
- Patient Post Scan Support
- Follow up with patient requests.
- Submit satisfaction surveys to patients.
- Distribute patient reports as they become available.
- Call patients to inform them of their report availability.
- Assist Prenuvo clinician consultation scheduling.
- What You’ll Bring
- At least 1+ year in customer service, preferable in a healthcare or related field.
- Initiative: A self-starter who takes ownership of their training and development.
- Work Ethic: Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence in medical and customer care.
- Flexibility: Availability to work varied hours, including weekdays and weekends as needed.
- Efficiency: Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while addressing patient concerns with sensitivity and care.
- Team Player: Works collaboratively while maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor with patients and colleagues.
- Nice-to-Have
- Previous experience in private healthcare or as a Health Care Assistant.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.

Considerations The Patient Liaison position requires individuals to stand for extended periods to ensure outstanding in-clinic patient care and experience.
The role may also require frequent movement between floors of the building.
The ability to do so safely and regularly is important.

This is a full-time, salaried role based on 40 hours per week, typically worked across 5 days.
You will be entitled to a minimum 30-minute unpaid lunch break each working day, to be taken away from the front desk where possible.
Additional short breaks may be provided in line with clinic policy.
