Wonder Studios is an AI-native film and creative studio redefining how stories are told. We partner with global brands, artists, and studios to create award-winning campaigns, films, and experiences that merge cinematic craft with cutting-edge AI technology. We've raised more than $15 million from some of the world's best investors including LocalGlobe, Atomico, and Adobe as well as angels from leading AI companies including OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and Google DeepMind. We're now a team of 35+ based around the world with offices in London, LA, NYC, and SF.

The Role: Wonder's growth runs through its partners: the brands, platforms, and tech companies we create with, and the events and moments where that work gets seen. This role exists to ensure those partnerships actually land, on time, on brief, and with a clear return. You'll sit at the centre of three teams - social, sales, and events - coordinating and managing activations with our partners end-to-end. You'll own the marketing calendar for the year, keeping every team aligned and every partner moment properly planned rather than scrambled together. You'll also build relationships directly with partners to understand their marketing calendars and priorities, feeding that back to shape how we plan around them, so partnerships are proactive rather than reactive. You'll help drive ROI from our strategic partnerships and work closely with sales to grow revenue opportunities with our tech partners.

What You'll Own:

  • Coordinating and managing partner activations across social, sales, and events, acting as the connective tissue between teams.
  • Managing and maintaining Wonder's marketing calendar for the year, keeping teams aligned on key dates, campaigns, and partner moments.
  • Supporting the development of a clear ROI framework for strategic partnerships, and reporting on performance.
  • Working with the sales team to identify and help grow revenue opportunities with Wonder's tech partners.
  • Being the day-to-day point of contact for partners on live activations, briefs, timelines, and assets.
  • Helping plan and execute partner-facing moments at events, launches, and premieres.
  • Keeping partnership documentation, timelines, and reporting sharp and up to date.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5 years' experience in marketing, partnerships, brand, or events, ideally with exposure to entertainment, media, tech, or a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Genuinely hyper-organised, with real attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working across teams with different priorities and translating between them.
  • An interest in partnerships and how brands, platforms, and tech companies create value together.
  • Early commercial instinct: understanding what 'driving ROI' or 'growing revenue' means in practice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency with AI tools as a genuine force multiplier in your workflow.
  • Startup DNA: comfortable in a resource-constrained environment.
  • An interest in entertainment, film, or media (nice to have).

Why Wonder:

  • Real ownership early in your career: you'll run the marketing calendar and partner activations for a company at a genuine inflection point.
  • Direct exposure to social, sales, and events leadership, and a clear line of sight into how partnership revenue gets built.
  • Work at the forefront of AI-native filmmaking, alongside partners including Google DeepMind, Universal Music Group, and Adobe.
  • Join at the moment it matters: $15M raised, $1M+ revenue in year one, on target to hit $10M this year.
