Purpose of Role
Purpose of Role Finding effective ways of generating new business is critical to our continued growth.
One way is through partnerships with third-parties who refer their SME clients to Allica on an ongoing basis based on mutual trust.
Our Partnerships Sales Team work with trusted advisors to established SMEs, in particular their Accountants.
As a Partnerships Associate you will work closely with the Partnerships Managers.
You will provide operational support in all aspects of the Partnerships Managers role to (i) enhance customer / accountant partner satisfaction, (ii) ensure sales / growth targets are surpassed specifically focused on our Business Rewards Account by allowing our Partnerships Managers to focus more of their time on building accountant referral relationships (iii) gain on the job training, coaching and development to become our future Partnerships Sales Managers or take on other roles across the bank.
- Principal Accountabilities
- Client Onboarding Support the Partnerships Managers and National Key Account Managers with the client referrals.
Support the client onboarding process, including gathering client information, communicating with our KYC team, replying to Request For Information (RFI) requests.
Providing professional, efficient and approachable communication with the client at each stage of the process.
Support the Partnerships Managers and National Key Account Managers with securing the initial deposits and funding of client accounts.
- Customer
Service: Being the first point of contact for responding and resolving to customer queries and requests for help from accountant partners via email and phone.
Work with the customer service team to resolve customer service tasks and manage escalation where needed.
- CRM Management Update and manage Hub Spot to ensure accurate customer data, prospect tracking and accurate sales pipeline information.
- Prospecting After completion of our sales training program the Associate will prospect to new small-medium accountancy firms to uncover opportunities for the Partnership Sales Managers.
Lead the communication and follow up of accounting firms who come through our website enquiry form.
Lead the prospecting, communication and follow up process of accounting leads who come through paid marketing campaigns eg.
Events and webinars.
Working with our Marketing Team to lead the communication process for targeted re-nurture campaigns.
Manage the inbound phone calls our team receives from accountants.
After completion of our sales training program the Associate will work with a portfolio of sole practitioner and small accountancy firms.
Developing and enhancing their account management skills.
