Mission: The Xurrent Partner Sales Manager – UKI is responsible for accelerating Xurrent's growth across the UK and Ireland by developing, enabling, and driving revenue through a high-performing ecosystem of strategic partners.
Working with both existing and new partners, you will identify, recruit, develop, and activate the right strategic alliances for the region.
You will create joint business plans and demand generation initiatives, working closely with partners to generate pipeline and win new business.
This is a hands‑on builder role.
We're looking for someone with an established network across the UKI partner ecosystem who knows how to open doors, recruit and activate new partners, prospect alongside partners, and build pipeline from the ground up.
You are a commercially driven, relationship-focused sales professional with a proven track record of building successful partner ecosystems in a Saa S environment.
You thrive in a high-growth environment, enjoy creating momentum where programs are still evolving, and can influence stakeholders at every level to turn partner relationships into measurable pipeline and revenue.
This is a hybrid role based in our London office, onsite presence is required Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Responsibilities
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to develop and execute the UKI partner go-to-market (GTM) strategy and regional growth plan.
- Build, expand, and manage Xurrent's partner ecosystem by developing strong relationships with existing partners and identifying, engaging, and onboarding new strategic partners.
- Drive partner‑led pipeline generation through joint account planning, co-selling, and execution with partner sales and marketing leaders, ensuring consistent progression from opportunity creation to close.
- Enable partner sales, pre-sales, and implementation teams through structured onboarding, training, certification, and ongoing engagement to drive partner readiness and execution quality.
- Own partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue performance by building and managing a high-quality pipeline that consistently exceeds regional quota targets.
- Support Customer Success in driving renewals and expansion opportunities through the partner ecosystem to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Provide accurate weekly forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting to ensure predictable revenue and clear execution accountability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, business development, or channel/partner sales within a Saa S or cloud environment.
- 3-5+ years of direct experience in channel sales, partner management, or partner ecosystem development, with a proven track record of building and scaling partner-led revenue.
- Proven ability to significantly scale a partner program from early-stage through maturity, including building repeatable GTM motions.
- Consistent history of overachievement in pipeline generation through channel partners.
- Experience developing and executing partner‑led go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including pipeline generation, co-selling, joint account planning, and opportunity progression.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a hands‑on, high‑growth environment.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders across partner organizations.
- Experience working within or selling into Managed Service Providers (MSPs), system integrators, or technology consulting partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network across enterprise technology partners, MSPs, system integrators, or consulting partners that can be leveraged to accelerate pipeline generation.
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), service management platforms, IT operations, workflow automation, or adjacent enterprise Saa S markets.
- Background working in early-stage, scale‑up, or high‑growth Saa S environments where partner programs and processes are still evolving.
- Experience working with or around leading ecosystem‑driven Saa S companies (e. g., Service Now, Salesforce, AWS, Atlassian, Datadog, Snowflake).
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance strategic partner development and hands‑on pipeline execution.
