Valarian is seeking a hands-on Paralegal to join our growing team.
This broad, high-ownership role in an early-stage business will support daily legal operations, implement better controls, clearer processes, stronger contract governance and more efficient risk management.
You will draft and negotiate standard agreements (NDAs, vendor contracts, Saa S, SOW), maintain the contract database, update templates and playbooks, and help build legal self-serve tools.
