Overview
This is a 12‑month contract located in London, UK.
The position is hybrid, requiring in‑office work two days per week.
Open Table, part of Booking Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: BKNG), is an industry leader with millions of diners, 60,000+ restaurant partners, and 25+ years of experience.
The world‑class technology empowers restaurants to focus on their team, guests, and bottom line while enabling diners to discover and book the perfect restaurant for every occasion.
Hospitality is at the heart of our culture.
Responsibilities
- Identify and map the International Marketing team’s growth workflows end‑to‑end; identify manual steps that are candidates for automation, AI‑assisted tooling, or smarter process design.
- Scope and build AI‑powered marketing workflows in partnership with engineering: briefing tools, content generation pipelines, performance monitoring bots, and more.
- Write clear specifications that translate marketing requirements into engineering stories; think in system terms and communicate technical requirements clearly.
- Prototype, test, and iterate on new tooling before handing it off or scaling it across the team.
- Educate and enable the team on new tools and workflows: run training sessions, write documentation, build internal champions.
- Own a portfolio of growth campaigns end‑to‑end across multiple international markets: brief, execute, measure, iterate, and scale.
- Identify new growth opportunities, including upper‑funnel channels such as connected TV and out‑of‑home, and build the case and plan for them.
- Serve as the connective tissue between market owners, channel owners, and engineering; keep cross‑functional work moving.
Qualifications & Fit
- You’ve run growth projects end‑to‑end: identified an opportunity, built a business case, and brought it to outcome, ideally across multiple markets or functions.
- You think in systems; when something is repetitive you design a way to eliminate manual work.
- You’ve built something real with AI: an automated agent, a prompt system, or a custom integration that solved a real problem at work, not just experimented with chatbots.
- You can work with engineers: you’ve collaborated with technical teams to build a data pipeline, an automated workflow, or a custom integration.
- You can write a clear brief, a concise spec, and a stakeholder update, and know which one the situation calls for.
- You have working knowledge across the growth marketing stack—paid, organic, CRM, content, and social—and speak the language.
- You understand how channels work across the full funnel, can evaluate new media opportunities, and build a compelling case internally.
- You operate at scale: you know how to prioritise, delegate smartly, and use tools and systems to exceed expectations.
- You’re a fast learner who ships; you launch a good version and iterate rather than waiting for perfection.
- You have 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally in‑house at a consumer tech brand or a fast‑growing startup.
- You have native English fluency; additional language capabilities are a plus.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing or related fields.
- What You’ll Thrive Here
- You love building systems rather than just running them.
- You find inefficiency genuinely irritating.
- You default to “I’ll figure it out” and get energized by a blank brief.
- You enjoy working with both brand marketers and technical teams.
- You obsess over iteration speed.
- You enjoy working across cultures and markets.
- You love restaurants and the dining culture.
Benefits and Perks
- Work from almost anywhere for up to 20 days per year.
- Company‑paid therapy sessions through Spring Health.
- Company‑paid subscription to Headspace.
- Annual company‑wide week off the year to fully recharge.

- 5 weeks paid vacation.

Work Environment & Flexibility

Open Table abides by and considers local laws and regulations.
Inclusion
We’re committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong and can thrive.
We know the best ideas come when we bring different voices to the table, so we build a team as dynamic as the diners and restaurants we serve—fostering a culture where everyone feels welcome to be themselves.
