This role will focus on supporting, upgrading, administering, and enhancing Share Point environments across on-premises and Microsoft 365 platforms while ensuring platform performance, security, and reliability.
What you will do
- Act as the 3rd line escalation point for complex Share Point incidents and technical issues.
- Lead Share Point Server 2019 to Share Point Subscription Edition upgrade initiatives.
- Administer and support Share Point Online within Microsoft 365 environments.
- Monitor platform performance, availability, security, and reliability.
