We're looking for a Technology Business Partner to play a pivotal role in enabling transformation across our Mail business.

This is a highly visible leadership position that combines strategic business partnering, process transformation, people leadership, and technology alignment.

As Technology Business Partner, you will act as the key bridge between business and technology, partnering with stakeholders across the Mail organization to translate strategic objectives into scalable processes, prioritized initiatives, and measurable outcomes.

Leading a team of Process Enablement professionals and Business Analysts, you'll help shape the future operating model of the business while ensuring that technology investments, transformation activities, and business priorities remain aligned.

This is an opportunity to influence change across a global organization, working with leaders in Marketing, HR, Service, R&D, and Technology while driving strategic transformation initiatives.

  • Oversee current-state and future-state process assessments, gap analysis, and transformation planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across complex business functions.
  • Ensure business requirements and solution designs align with strategic objectives and operating models.

  • Lead, develop, and coach a team of Business Analysts and Process Enablement professionals.
  • Set team priorities, manage capacity, and allocate resources across a portfolio of initiatives.
