As a Sales Development Representative, you will be part of a passionate global team committed to ensuring restaurant customers' success and dining customers' enjoyment.

You will help restaurants thrive by generating sales leads, driving prospect engagement, and providing essential sales support.

Your efforts will directly impact our mission of empowering restaurants to focus on their teams and guests while enabling diners to discover the perfect restaurant.

Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality sales leads and execute outbound sales prospecting via phone to schedule appointments for regional Account Executives.
  • Implement and manage targeted lead generation programs developed in partnership with the Restaurant Marketing team.
  • Craft and distribute compelling sales messages to prospective restaurant partners using direct mail and targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Facilitate seamless lead hand-offs to Account Executives and respond promptly to prospect inquiries to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide timely, detailed reports to management.
  • Participate in market research, sales initiatives, and regional trade shows to drive market presence, which will require occasional travel.
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Professional fluency in Italian (written, reading, and spoken) and English.
  • Demonstrated experience (1+ years) in a telesales or call-center environment with a proven track record of exceeding performance objectives.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to nurture trust, resolve business needs, and advocate for customer success.
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with a commitment to sharing information and supporting team goals over individual interests.
  • Flexibility to manage communications and collaborate effectively across multiple time zones in a global work environment.
