You will translate customer objectives into technical solutions, demonstrate capabilities, and work with sales, product, and services to drive value in biotech IT environments.

You should have a Master’s in a life sciences field, 4+ years of customer-facing experience, experience with LIMS/ELN, and fluency in English (German/ French a plus).

Willingness to travel 25-30%.
